This Confederate Infantry Block I Button was recovered in North Georgia. It is Albert's CS 182. The stand up shank is solidly attached but is not aligned properly. The fourth photo shows how this button would displayed if sown on a uniform. The tin back is complete but does have three cracks in it. The back has been coated to prevent further cracking. We purchased this button directly from the digger. It was found on private property with the owners permission and will make a nice addition to any collection. Please see pictures for condition. You will receive the item shown in the pictures.
