This Confederate Staff Officer's Button with an eagle device on a lined field with eleven stars encircling was found in Orangeburg, South Carolina. It has the "H T & B/Manchester" backmark and measures 24 mm. It retains a good bit of the gold guilt on the face but the shank is bent. Albert's CS 36A1 with an RV of 60.
